Leisa Gerard, Medical Assistant

Leisa has dedicated the past 16 years to helping people in the medical field.  A lifetime resident of Bartonville, she graduated from Limestone High School in 1982 and attended classes at the Illinois Central College in East Peoria. She worked at the Associated Family Physicians group and Heartcare Midwest before joining the Midwest Orthopaedic Center. She has three wonderful children between the ages of 23 and 10, and enjoys spending her spare time with her family and in her garden.

Gary Armock, Physician Assistant

Born and raised in Michigan, Gary received his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Grand Valley State University in Allendale Michigan. He later moved to Chicago to attend the Physician Assistant program at the Finch University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School. While there, he trained at Lutheran General Hospital/Illinois Bone and Joint Institute. He joined Midwest Orthopaedic Center in 2003, and enjoys spending time with his wife Mary and new baby girl Ella.
